Editorial Policy

ProperlyGeek is preparing its first consumer electronics and digital accessories buying guides. No guides, product recommendations, or product testing claims have been published at launch.

Guide standards

Guides should explain who a product may suit, which features matter for the intended use, and what trade-offs or compatibility questions readers should consider. Claims should be supported by identified sources or clearly described first-hand testing when testing has taken place. We will describe relevant limitations rather than imply that every product was independently tested.

Commercial relationships

If a page includes an affiliate link or another material commercial relationship, we will disclose it clearly. A commercial relationship is not evidence that a product is suitable for every reader.

Corrections and updates

We intend to review published guides when meaningful product information changes and correct material errors when identified. Readers can send a correction or question to support@properlygeek.com.
